Dairy Free, Grain Free Chocolate Chip Blondies

I love a good blondie and these are to die for ! I cooked mine in a pie pan because our 9x9 is b r o k e n ! Sad. But the pie pan worked out great and looks very pretty to boot. These would be great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Chip Blondies
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 15 oz can of drained chickpeas
1/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup almond butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 t baking power
1/4 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chunks (I use enjoy life brand)
1. In a food processor or blender, mix chickpeas, vanilla, almond milk, and almond butter until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Combine ingredients and fold in chocolate chunks. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan or a pie pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
